Give your words an '80s makeover with a Retro Wave logo generator.
Screenshot by Bonnie Burton/CNETBack in the '80s, music videos, opening TV titles and movie credits shared a similar design aesthetic with Tron-like grid backgrounds and glowing neon logos.
You can now add that fluorescent and futuristic feel to anything you write with the new logo-generating tool called Retro Wave, from the free online photo-editing site PhotoFunia.
Just pick a purple-pink neon background (with or without palm trees) and a metallic font.
Add your text, and the result is a design fit for any New Wave record cover.
Above is a new design for CNET just in case the site ever stumbles into a time warp, but you can use this fun generator to make retro-futuristic birthday cards or even resign from your job with flair.
