You can now experiment with cloud quantum computing (Tomorrow Daily 359)

IBM launches a 5-qubit quantum computing simulation in the cloud; also, one man's quest to build a robotic tongue for licking his computer screen.

IBM is working hard in its quantum computing division, and now, it's allowing non-employees to sign up online for access to a 5-qubit quantum computing portal, where users will be able to create logical experiments for the machine to process.

We're also fascinated (and grossed out) by Youtube user mansooono, who used to lick his monitor whenever he saw his favorite anime characters pop up. Now, he lets a homemade robotic tongue do the screen slurping. Ew?
