OK, so that happened.
Apple on Wednesday unveiled a pair of iPhones, as well as a new Apple Watch. There were few surprises, as the rumor mill got most of the new features correct.
The iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus got minor physical changes to the design, instead getting improvements in the camera, a water-resistant body and the usual upgrades like a faster processor and longer battery life. The company also killed the audio jack, instead focusing on the Lightning port as the sole connector.
Ben and Roger devote the entire show to the iPhone. (Don't worry, they'll focus on the Apple Watch Series 2 on Thursday.)
The 3:59 gives you bite-size news and analysis about the top stories of the day, brought to you by CNET Executive Editor Roger Cheng, Senior Writer Ben Fox Rubin and Producer Bryan VanGelder.
