Corio makes CFO changes

Application hosting company Corio said its chief financial officer, Eric Keller, intends to leave the company. Keller, who has served as the company's CFO since February 2000, will leave once a search for his replacement has been completed. San Carlos, Calif.-based Corio was an early player in the emerging ASP (application service provider) sector, providing clients with hosted applications from software makers such as PeopleSoft, SAP, Microsoft and Commerce One. Though the ASP market is expected to grow, it has experienced a state of flux and market consolidation, with many players rushing to fine-tune their business models and turn a profit.
