Awww, look at the cute puppy. Nintendogs look set to be one of this year's top selling games.

The big news last month, of course, was the long awaited launch of the Sony PSP (PlayStation Portable). The PSP's healthy list of launch games certainly contained some gems, with two of our favourites being racing titles. Ridge Racer is a real looker, and is an ideal 'show-off' title for those wanting to showcase the graphic capabilities of their new PSP. V8 Supercars Australia 2 is an excellent port of last year's console racing title, and looks almost as good. Plus it has all of the licensed drivers and tracks from Australia's V8 Supercars series, so it's a must have for local racing fans.

Nintendo wasn't about to be outshined, however, with the company releasing what's sure to be one of the biggest hits this year -- Nintendogs. Nintendogs is cute, fun and quite addictive -- having a virtual pet hasn't been this fun since the Tamagotchi craze of the '90s.

But cuteness aside, we here at CNET.com.au managed to work out a lot of our aggression by playing the latest superhero game to hit consoles -- The Incredible Hulk: Ultimate Destruction. This Hulk game really makes you feel as if you're the big green guy, with the ability to do almost anything in the game world.
