Hey Buzzers,

Did you see today’s Woot? It is the HP 9.7″” touchpad 16Gb for $379.99. Now the HP touchpad can join such notable tech innovations as the leakfrog and refurb e-machines.

keep up the good work, and I really like the show, but I am not ready for a commitment

Hey Buzz Crew,
With this big talk about Anonymity on the web, I’d thought weight in. As a 14-year old, I am trying my hardest to get noticed on the web. For the longest time, I was using the name “”kylegeek”", which I thought was great. After 2 years I figured out that it was 1) stupid sounding and 2) no one would be able to find me that way. I started going by my full name (Kyle Maguire) just to be unique. When I heard that Google was not letting people use “”fake”" names I was actually happy. I’d rather know about a person with their given name, not some stupid nickname they came up with in the shower. (No offense chat room) Personally I want Anonymity to be very hard to do on the internet. And with companies like Facebook, they want a real name to sell to advertisers. Anyway, love the show and keep up the job with putting the fun in tech news.

COMPUTER LOVE

Hey Buzz Crew,

Robert from Fontana California here and I have a pretty good relationship with my girlfriend of 6 years, but there is one small problem…she is ADDICTED to FarmVille!!! Anytime I go to her place to visit, she pulls out her MacBook and gets right on the FarmVille. It’s as if I’m not even there.

Even worse, she does the same thing at my place on my Mac Pro. How dare she disgrace my Big Mac with that lame excuse of a game!!!

Anyway, how can I ask her nicely to drop the FarmVille and spend sometime with me instead of harvesting grapes in her digital farm using her hotrod plow? I have needs…and they are not to watch her control a big-headed avatar of herself in a fake farm.

Thanks,

Robert J. Santellan

Dear Buzz Crew,

I have a problem. I have a friend that is constantly trolling my Facebook friends for a girlfriend. I caught wind of this when my friends started contacting my asking who this person was. To be honest, it’s more than one friend that’s been doing this. I can’t help it if I have nice looking female friends, but this can’t go on. I need a little advice as to what to do. I really wish there was a way I could hide my friend list from them, but Facebook doesn’t make their privacy settings easy. I need help.

PS I don’t care what anyone says, I love it when you guys sing.
