Open JBuilder is a development environment based on the cross-platform programming language Java from Sun Microsystems. The environment includes visual development tools, reusable JavaBeans components, and connectivity to databases.
Also announced is shipment of Borland's InterBase 4.2 SQL database for Microsoft Windows 95 and Windows NT. The latest version includes 32-bit ODBC, 2.5 drivers, and 32-bit client libraries.
