Beijing tells Apple to stop selling iPhone 6, 6 Plus

An exterior design patent held by Chinese company Shenzhen Baili is causing trouble for Apple in the capital city.

So this is a twist. A company has an exterior design patent and says Apple's iPhone infringes on it. The infringement is limited to the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus. Considering how similar the iPhone 6S and the 6S Plus is to those iPhones, you would think the infringement would carry over to those phones. Intellectual property rights in China are a fun game, folks.
