Android smartwatches go luxury with TAG Heuer

Apple's got some high-fashion competition. TAG Heuer is working on an Android Wear watch, Gucci teamed up with Will.i.am to make a smartband, and Frederique Constant added health-tracking smarts to its Swiss watch.

Smartwatches are stealing the spotlight at Baselworld, the annual conference in Switzerland for watchmakers and jewelers. CNET Update covers the latest high-tech in high-fashion, including TAG Heuer's upcoming Android Wear watch and a smartband from Gucci and Will.i.am. But not all smartwatches have screens.
