Gaming laptops have made some considerable advances over the past few years, becoming much lighter and slimmer, rather than the super-chunky beasts they used to be. In fact, most laptops nowadays come with some version of RTX 40 series, the latest generation of GPUs from Nvidia, although we're also seeing the latest AMD GPUs there as well. Either way, there are a ton of options, and we've collected some of our favorite deals below for you to check out.

Scroll down to find the best gaming laptop bargains around, including one offer that gives you as much as $1,798 off the original retail price. All these deals are available right now, but for how long, we don't know. Make sure to peruse the list and act soon if you find a laptop to whet your appetite.

Check back here often -- we'll keep this list updated as sales expire and new ones emerge.

Lenovo

If you want something budget-friendly that can still game, this Lenovo LOQ is a decent option. It comes with  Nvidia GeForce RTX 4050 graphics, which should be able to handle most basic gaming just fine, especially with a screen that runs an 1,920x1,080-pixel resolution at 144Hz refresh. The AMD Ryzen 7 7840HS processor is a step up from processors you'll find on a lot of other budget gaming models, although we do wish the system came with more than 8GB of RAM. That said, you can likely upgrade it yourself later on, so the RAM issue isn't a deal-breaker.

There are no straightforward discounts on the LOQ right now, but some locations offer open-box laptops you can buy at a reduced price.

Lenovo

The Lenovo Legion Slim 5 is as close as you can get to a midrange laptop without spending midrange money. The Slim comes with an RTX 4050, an AMD Ryzen 5 7640HS and 8GB of DDR5 RAM, giving you solid performance when it comes to gaming, general day-to-day use and productivity. That's all at base-spec, of course, and you can upgrade to an RTX 4060, 16GB of RAM and a Ryzen 7, which is well worth it if you want something a bit closer to midrange. The 16-inch, 1,920x1,200-pixel resolution screen won't push the GPU too hard, and it'll more easily hit the 144Hz refresh rate.

Dell

If you're looking for a great entry-to-midrange gaming laptop at a good price, this configuration of the G15 may be perfect. It comes with the RTX 4060, which can easily handle the 15-inch 1,920x1,080-pixel resolution, though it might struggle with the whopping 360Hz refresh rate. As for the processor, you get the mid-to-high-end Intel Core i7-13650HX. You also get a respectable 16GB of DDR5 RAM and 1TB of storage space.

Acer

This Acer Predator model is based on a high-resolution 16-inch display and RTX 4060 graphics. The display offers a WQXGA resolution with a 165Hz refresh rate and an impressive 500nits of peak brightness, making it the perfect middle-ground in terms of display quality. Along with that, you get the mid- to high-end Intel i7-13700HX, which is perfect for gaming and productivity, while the 16GB of DDR5 RAM will give you a smooth day-to-day experience.

Currently, there are no straightforward discounts on this device right now. However, you can save when you trade in an eligible device. Your purchase will include a free one-month subscription for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and a free 6-month subscription to Norton 360 virus protection for up to 3 devices.

Razer/CNET

Razer is known for its high-end gaming laptops, and this configuration of the Razer Blade 15 is no different. It runs an RTX 3070 Ti under the hood, but more importantly, it has a QHD resolution and can hit an impressive 360Hz refresh rate. While the GPU might struggle to hit both those on the best graphical settings, it gives you the option to prioritize one over the other depending on what you play.

This 2022 Razer Blade 15 is no longer available brand-new, but is still listed at Best Buy because there are still a few left open-box. That means the laptop will be brand new, but it's been lightly used by potential Best Buy shoppers. Availability of these may vary by location and prices can fluctuate.
