Daily commutes and leisurely rides take on a whole new life when you introduce an e-bike into the mix. Not only do you get fresh air, but e-bikes make longer rides possible for folks of varying abilities. The problem is, e-bikes are a significant investment, with top models costing thousands of dollars. The good news is we're seeing discounts across some top brands, so you can get a high-quality e-bike and still have enough left over for a helmet or other bike accessories

Hey, did you know? CNET Deals texts are free, easy and save you money.

Below, we've gathered some of the best e-bike deals around. Whether you want one for yourself or someone else, keep checking this page, because we'll continue to update it as offers come and go.

Aventon/CNET

This rugged Aventon e-bike is designed to handle all kinds of terrain, thanks to its front suspension. It also boasts some serious power, with a 502-watt motor and top speeds of up to 28 mph. It has a range of up to 60 miles on a single charge and has a backlit LCD display that makes it easy to monitor your speed, battery levels, distance and more.

Niner Bikes/CNET

This multipurpose e-bike offers four levels of assistance, making it suitable for exercise as well as commuting. It can go as fast as 35 mph and has 11 different speeds. And, right now, you can save a whopping $2,049 off the regular list price.

Paselec/CNET

Go up to 40 miles per charge with this 750-watt e-bike. With just a six-hour charge, you can cruise with a top speed of 28 mph. It has 27-inch wheels and nine speeds, and if you don't mind the orange variant, Amazon has it discounted from $1,199 to $949 right now.

Swagtron/CNET

Our reviewer Joseph Kaminski called this folding electric bike "the best electric bike for small spaces and small budgets," but what it lacks in size it makes up for in usability. Reaching speeds up to 15 mph, it has pedal assist and its own throttle.

Rad Power/CNET

The RadWagon 5 is out now, so the price of the RadWagon 4 has dipped a little, down $200 from its previous retail price. If replacing your car is a goal, this cargo bike might do the trick. You can haul groceries, kids and even the family dog with this bike, which can go up to 45 miles on a single charge and holds up to 350 pounds.

Juiced/CNET

If it's a fat tire bike you're after, this e-bike version from Juiced includes a 1,000-watt motor, can reach up to 28 mph and has a 78-mile range on its battery.

Not only is this already discounted, but right now Juiced bikes is having a weekend flash sale. Enter the promo code LETSRIDE100 at checkout and get $100 off any e-bike.

Juiced Bikes/CNET

If you're after a high-quality e-bike at a fraction of the regular price, take a look at the HyperScrambler 2 from Juiced Bikes. This model is being discontinued and its replacement will be out later this year, but if you want a bike right now, this one won't disappoint. Features include dual battery capacity and an epic 100-mile range, alongside safety features like turn signals and side-view mirrors.

Note that this bike can still be ordered at this price but the bikes won't ship until July. You can also enter the promo code LETSRIDE100 for a limited time and get an additional $100 off.

Fiido/CNET

Our CNET reviewer liked this bike for its foldability, ideal for someone short on space with a short commute. It's small enough to fit in a closet or a trunk when not in use. It has a range of around 68 miles and reaches speeds of 10 mph at max.

Lectric/CNET

In his roundup of the best e-bikes of 2024, CNET expert Joseph Kaminski called the Lectric XP 3.0 the best e-bike for heavy cargo. "It's robust and versatile, with a total payload capacity of 330 pounds, including a rear rack that supports up to 150 pounds," he says. So if you're in the market for a bike with a long range that has big carrying capacity, this one will do the trick. And right now, it's discounted by $178.
