Alienware/CNET

This Alienware laptop is a true beast, with an AMD Ryzen 9 7845HX processor, an Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070 graphics card and 32GB of RAM. It'll have you covered not just for current-gen games but pretty much anything new you can expect over the next couple of years.

Asus/CNET

The Asus ROG Zephyrus G14 has a lovely 14-inch screen with 3K visuals and an impressive 120Hz refresh rate. It's also got plenty of speed and power, with 16GB of RAM and an RTX 4060 graphics card inside. Its size makes it a little more portable, too, which is great if you like to game on your commute or during travels.

Acer/CNET

This mighty laptop has a 16-inch screen with a whopping 240Hz refresh rate. The graphics will be incredible because of the RTX 4080 graphics card, and it's even rocking a 1TB SSD as well. It's good enough to keep you going for a few years.

MSI/CNET

With a large, 17-inch screen, the MSI Raider GE76 is an excellent gaming laptop. It doesn't have the best graphics card (it uses an RTX 3060). But with plenty of speed thanks to the 16GB of RAM and the 144Hz refresh rate, it's a solid midrange option.

Asus/CNET

If you're looking for a more affordable option, have a look at the Asus TUF A15. This laptop has an RTX 2050 graphics chip, 8GB of RAM and an AMD Ryzen 5 7535HS processor. It's fairly modest in terms of stats, but it does a good job for midrange and indie titles.
