ZTE is making good on its promise to support Windows Phone with a new unlocked handset it debuted at Mobile World Congress.

I'm Jessica (??) @cnet.com here at Mobile World Congress 2012. This is ECE Orbit. It's a new Windows phone as announce for Europe and it's coming out in the 2nd quarter. It's got a (??) for entry and it's a (??) BGA display here. 5 megapixel camera on the back. Got a one one gigahertz processor and it's a pretty nice (??) looks pretty good about the sort of rubberize coding in the back and otherwise it's a pretty much basic Windows phone with all of those capabilities on the operating system.
