What's new on Netflix in January 2015
Quack, quack, fetch and a Star Wars parody.
What do they have in common?
Check it out on NetPicks.
[MUSIC]
Welcome to NetPicks, this is the show that tells you what stuff to add to your watchlist.
January first is a huge day for Netflix.
We're gonna stick to them.
January1st, check this out.
The full complete series of Friends is going to hit Netflix.
Could you have anymore episodes of Friends than that?
No.
That's a Friends joke.
If you don't get it, watch the series.
The live action version of 101 Dalmatians also hits Netflix on January 1st.
It's got Glenn Close starring as Cruela De Vil.
Devil.
Her last name is spelled Devil.
I just got that.
And the most fetch news of the day, Mean Girls finally goes back to Netflix on January 1st.
Stop trying to make fetch happen.
It's not going to happen.
Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas also arrives on January 1st.
It's the only movie I've ever walked out on in the theaters.
I'm going to give it another chance.
You know why?
Johnny Freaking Depp.
And the best movie to co-star a volleyball.
That's right Castaway also hits January 1st.
Maybe hits is probably the wrong word for that because there was a plane crash.
Sorry.
Bruce Almighty is also available on January 1st.
I suggest skipping it because its a pile of garbage.
I've seen it.
Here's what's disappearing from Netflix on January 1st, so if you want to have a marathon on the 31st of December here's what you should be watching.
Happy Gilmore disappears.
Backdraft, Spaceballs, Rocky.
And for Emilio Estevez fans, as myself, we lose Mighty Ducks and The Breakfast Club on January 1st [UNKNOWN].
That's just really depressing.
Watch them while you still can.
But if you miss anything, don't forget you've always got your friends.
Cuz friends, get it?
For a complete list of what's coming and going from Netflix and Amazon Prime Instant Video, because it's got a whole bunch of stuff coming too, check out our post at CNET.
COM.
I'm Iyaz Akhtar.
Stop watching this, and start watching that.
