CES 2012: The tiny Panasonic DMP-BBT01 Blu-ray player

1:01 /

Sharon Vaknin takes glimpse at the one of the smallest 3D blu-ray players at CES, the Panasonic DMP-BBT01.

Hey, guys. Sharon Vaknin for cnet.com here at CES 2012 checking out the Panasonic DMP DBT 01 Blu ray player. Now, this is probably the smallest 3D Blu ray player I've ever seen. It's got a (??) drive so no tray. You can position it in 4 different ways and it even has a built in Wi-fi so you can access social networking features. Browser Apps, music all of those goodies. As of bonus, it even has a 2D to 3D conversion and that even works with the Viera connect feature. So any content that you're streaming in 2D can actually be converted to 3D. This Blue ray player also includes this touch pad remote so you can scroll and (??) with your fingers to select content. This Blu ray player will be available in the spring and will retail for $269. For cnet.com, I'm Sharon Vaknin.
