With spring break right around the corner, it's time to start dreaming of warmer weather and that fruity drink that you'll want glued to your palm. In this Tech Minute, CNET's Kara Tsuboi reports on her three favorite cocktail recipe apps for making your own delicious libations.

It's too easy pop a beer, order that same old gin and tonic time and time again. Download one of these cocktail recipe apps to mix up your routine and try out new concoctions. One of my favorites is the free mixology drinking cocktail recipes app available for both iPhones and Androids. One of the best features is called Liquor Cabinets where you enter the alcohol and mixers you have on hand to see what you could easily make at home. The free cocktail flow up for all mobile platforms is well-regarded for all its beautiful photography. It also suggests drinks organized by special occasions, Cinco de Mayo or Halloween. Finally, for 99 cents, the Liquor Cabinet is a stylish app for iPhone users that exclusively gives recommendations for the ingredients you have on hand. The smart cabinet feature will tell you what other drinks are within reach, if you were to get your hands at just one more additional ingredient. Have a cold one for me. Cheers!
