[MUSIC] Snap on, snap off. Snap on, snap off. Motorola's new Moto Z and Z Force aren't your typical phones with interchangeable back plates. They are so much more. These back covers latch on magnetically, which is hours of fun for everyone, especially for people who want to change the look of their phone on a whim. They pop off in seconds, align pretty perfectly with magnets, and the best part is that you don't have to turn off your phone to switch them. Seriously, I can do this all day. Even better than the simple variety cover are Moto mods, like this sticker audio amplifier that also pumps up battery life, and this battery pack that also builds in wireless charging. And then there's this. A Pico projector unit that takes whatever you're seeing on your screen and throws it onto the wall. Motorola hopes that these modules are just the beginning of a growing ecosystem. So how about the phones beneath the magnetic backing in module, the ones that you have to live with each day? So far they are looking pretty good, both phones have 5.5 inch screens and Android 6.0 software, you'll also find fingerproof readers, lots of external storage, and splash proof The Moto Z Force ups the ante with a larger resolution camera, sturdier screen, and meatier batteries. Unfortunately, for most of the world, the Force is a U.S. exclusive that will sell only through Verizon. You will be able to buy the Moto Z pretty much everywhere, but in the U.S. it too is locked down to Verizon.
