0:52 /

Brian Tong shows you how to send files that are too big for e-mail attachments with your MobileMe account.

[ Music ] ^M00:00:05 >> Brian: If you're a member of Apple's MobileMe service you can now send large files to your MAC or PC buddies easily. I'm Brian Tong with CNET.com and we'll show you how to send those files that are just too large to fit in an email. Now MobileMe users always have access to their iDisk so the first thing you got to do is drag and drop the file you want to send out on to the iDisk, I'm gonna put it in this folder called CNET Goods. Now when it's finished copying log into your account at Me.com and click the iDisk icon, find your file, select it and you'll see a button to share the file. From there enter in the email of the person you want to send it to and you can also set the file to be available for a certain amount of time and even password protected all they have to do is open their email and click the download to retrieve the file and it's done. I'm Brian Tong for CNET.com with your Quick Tip for the day use it wisely. ^E00:00:52
