Hi everyone Kara tsuboi cnet.com joined by senior managing editor Kent German and -- this new Apple iPhone is expected to come on less than two weeks. The rumor mill is working overtime let's talk about some of the new tidbits out there sure one screen size that has some photos of surface and we now know a more accurate idea of having it. Right we're pretty sure it's going to be four inches society -- -- emerged on a French site today which -- area just the -- into the whole thing you did see a whole for a screen size differences which is a pretty big jump up in the current size 3.5 inches 3.5 24 and just now are right. And talked about NFC or near field communication that's no longer part of the -- -- we've heard that rumor for months we actually heard -- going into the forest doing that to happen and now we're hearing and it -- might not happen of course that's what that's that's. A feature that lets you. -- wireless purchases let's trash bags back and forth but and a Texas today that because the -- have a metal back and there won't be enough room in side they will not -- NFC chip. Is -- a big discipline which is it to many consumers are more just analysts well I think a little bit about the meaning we've heard it for so long -- I think people get excited about it for it. -- but it's bigger deal in an LTE was then there's something like that got you. Now as far as a release date we are still thinking the announcement could come on September 12 right yes and what about location. Well -- and share -- any -- so Apple usually uses Moscow September Cisco. That's completely booked for the couple weeks that -- we know it's not by Apple and other companies like Intel. And I could hold it at that -- but when it gardens theater where they actually introduced the -- the past couple years. We still don't know that -- At a location that becomes a bigger choice dissipate -- -- -- the San Francisco they have to go to the campus which is pretty small exactly and it's like last media and is probably fewer products. Interesting if you can connect people it. And now as far as the date that the phone actually hits the stores I hear that Verizon's -- little something leak that could indicate the date -- -- supposedly Verizon is prohibited employees from taking a vacation around September 21 so now there's a few days around it enemy we don't know if that's the store who -- employees that applies to but. If you can't go on vacation which we have seen in previous cycle releases part of the deal that they expect a lot of you are a lot lines. Right and that is nine days after the announced -- which does kind of fall in line with Apple's parents typically their week to week and half later which and that would be makes perfect sense about the case. Well thank you for the a rumor update -- German senior managing editor I'm Kara tsuboi cnet.com thanks for watching.
