>> Hi this is Kent German, Senior editor here at CNET.com. Today, we'll take a First Look at LG CU515. This is a new phone for AT&T service. This is one of AT&T's HSDPA phones, so that means it works on a 3G and 3.5G networks, so it gets all of those AT&T Music, AT&T Video Share and Cellular Video. And it is also a Push to talk phone, we haven't seen one of these from AT&T for a while. Over all, they're pretty minimalist design, pretty simple, but not unattractive really. This glossy shiny, ahh, shows fingerprints pretty well, so you want to beware of that. Also, I wasn't really in love with the external display. It is monochrome, I also found it just a little small and it doesn't work as a viewfinder for the camera, which is disappointing, the camera lens is right here and it also doesn't show photo caller ID. So, when you have to make a pencil camera you just expect a little more out of it. Otherwise, next here, you have a Push to talk button here, there's a volume rocker on this side, over here is the microSD slot and you have the combined port for the charger and the headset as well. I want to show you something in the back, it's kind of interesting, this button right here, were actually the speaker phone with one touch after you've made a call, the speaker is just right below. I haven't seen anything like that before. Definitely you've seen phones with dedicated speaker buttons, but never seen one on the back like this. I found it very useful of course, because I like that one touch access in speaker phone, but didn't really think it was the best place back here. I really would prefer to have it on the side. Inside have a pretty nice display, it's 262,000-colors, so it shows everything really well. Navigation controls, these are flat with the surface of the phone, but you know, I really thought they are okay they are big sized and pretty tactile and the central button was easy to use. Keypad buttons are also flat with the surface of the phone, but they are well-designed I thought, kind of [inaudible] just a tiny bit, big numbers on as well, dialing by feel and texting by feel might be a little difficult, but over all not a bad arrangement. Features on board include the 3G capability, there is a Bluetooth, speakerphones some of the high-end stuff. Voice dialing wasn't there what you find to be, kind of an important omission definitely. I think that should be on a phone like this, but over all not a bad buy. I am Kent German this is the LG CU515.
