First Look: HTC Wildfire S (Virgin Mobile)

0:44 /

This tiny little Android handset packs a surprising punch, with Android 2.3 Gingerbread, the HTC Sense UI, and a 5-megapixel camera. It's now available prepaid without a contract from Virgin Mobile.

-I'm Nicole Lee, senior associate editor for cnet.com, and this is a First Look at the HTC Wildfire for Version Mobile. This HTC Wildfire, as you can see, is very nice and small. It has a 3.2-inch colorful display, very nice and compact. It ships with android 2.3 Gingerbread and HTC Sense. Features include a 5-megapixel camera on the back and also the usual GPS WiFi and bluetooth features. There is no keyboard so it uses the android virtual keyboard. The HTC Wildfire retails for $200 without a contract. I'm Nicole Lee. This has been the First Look at the HTC Wildfire for Version Mobile.
