Today's VR headsets are one size fits most, but they'll need some adjusting.
Here's how to set up your oculus rift or HTC vibe for the perfect fit and so they So they fit comfortably for hours of wear.
First adjust the side-strap to the loosest setting and the UUU strap as well.
MMM And now put the head-set on from back to front, making sure this back-strap fits on the back of your head.
And pull the headset down.
Hold the headset with one hand and adjust these side straps until it fit snuggly into your face, but isn't smashing in.

If you shake your head a little bit and it moves, that's perfectly fine.
Now adjust the top strap so that it's snug against the top of your head.
You're gonna wanna make sure the weight of the headset is in the back strap and the top strap, and not pressing against your face.
For the oculus rift, you can adjust these headphones.
They slide up and down and side to side.
Just put them into place and you're all set.
So the HTC Vive, you'll plug in your own set of headphones and put them on after you put on the headset.

Your headset should now sit perfectly every time you put in on.
Just pull up the back strap, slid it on the back of your head and slide down the front and your all set.
