Before CTIA 2012 officially starts, Kyocera unveils its waterproof, Android Ice Cream Sandwich device, the Kyocera Hydro.

Hey, guys. It's Lynn here at CNET at CTIA 2012 in New Orleans showing you guys the HzO Hydro. What you can see a three... it has a 3.5-inch touchscreen display and on the back, there is a 3.2 megapixel camera and LED flash. It's powered by 1500 MHz battery and has Android Ice Cream Sandwich. What's special about this phone is that it's a waterproof device. It can be splashed with water and submerged for up to 30 minutes. You could see here by this locking mechanism that keeps the water out. There's no where down on the carrier or the price or the release date so stayed tuned. Again, I'm Lynn La with the HzO Hydro.
