Everything you can do with the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge+ screen
If you've just picked up a brand new Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Plus and can say that mouthful of a name, you'll probably want to know how to get the most out of this curved screen.
First, pull out this edged screen handle which brings up two features.
People Edge is where you access your most important contacts.
To add them just tap the plus icon and pull them in.

Swipe across from People Edge and you find Edge.
Same thing here, just click the plus icon to add your favorite applications.

You can change the position of the edge screen handle.
Just tap and drag the settings cog to your desired location and it will set the position.
Also you can switch it from the right.
To the left side, make it appear over all of the screens or just on the home and the lock screen if you don't want it to get in the way.
The Edge Plus has some cool features that work even when the phone is not in your hands.
If your phone is face down and you get a call or a message from one of your favorite contacts, the screen will light up like this.
To turn off the notification and tell your friend you're busy, just hold down your finger over the flash unit and the phone will send a candid response.
To turn on this feature go to settings, edge lighting, tap quick reply, and change your message to whatever you choose.
Like the earlier Edge phone you can bring up the notification ticker by swiping back and forth across the Edge like this.
Then scrolling through updates.
[MUSIC]
And if your phone has become an alarm clock replacement, the Edge Plus can displayed the time, date and battery level during night hours.
Turn it on by going to setting "Edge screen" and "Night Clock".
Then set the hours when you want to see it.
