First Look: Dive in with the Kyocera Hydro Edge

0:40 /

Continuing its line of waterproof handsets, Kyocera introduced the 4-inch Hydro Edge for Sprint and Boost Mobile at CTIA 2013 in Las Vegas.

Hello, everybody, it's Lynn La from CNET, and I'm at CTIA in Las Vegas here with the Kyocera Hydro Edge. This is a waterproof 3G device that runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. You could see that it has 4-inch screen, and on the back here is a 5-megapixel camera. The handset runs on a dual-core 1 gigahertz processor and a 1.6 ampere hour battery. Now, if you're interested, the device will launch in this summer on Sprint and on the prepaid network, Boost Mobile. Again, I'm Lynn, and this has been the Kyocera Hydro Edge.
