First Look: Audio-Technica delivers good sound for the money

These affordably priced over-the-ear headphones deliver good bangfor the buck.

Hi. David Connelly, Executive Editor for CNET.com. And I'm going to give you a quick video tour of the Audio-Technica, ATHM30 head phones. This is some of the more popular affordability place over the...your head phones that cost only around $60 and they found very good for the money. You'll notice that the ear caps just aren't as (??) those on the M50's and the head ban that isn't as sturdy or it's patted. That said for $60 this are a very good value. This does come with a quarter inch adapter. So you can plug this into your home AV receiver. And listen to it from ta far because of that is so long. And you can listen to it with portable devices but you do have to wrap up the cords somehow because it will dangle from your side. It's just a little bit unwieldy. So (??) this are definitely decent sounding head phones a good detail. A good amount of bass. Well balance. To just isn't add as much detail as you'll find in the step up M50's or that refine sound. This are just decent head phones. Again good for the money. I'm David Connelly. And those are the Audio-Technica, ATHM30 head phones. Thanks for watching.
