Now this is a product that you might want to use if you want to keep your standard stock stereo, your standard factory installed stereo, and have intelligent access to your iPod tunes. The system comprises two pieces. There's a, a remote control, and this full color display module that mounts on your dashboard. You just plug in your iPod. What happens then is all of your iPod songs, all of your iPod output is visible on this display. As you can see, there's the familiar iPod categories, play lists, artists, albums, and so forth. And I can search through the tracks on my iPod one at a time, or I can use the left hand side of the remote to search through five at a time. So here we go. [ background music ] I'm listening to my iPod via an FM transmitted signal, without having to replace my stock factory stereo. It's a nice, it's a nice solution for those people who, who don't want to rip their dashboard to pieces they just want to plug and play, a solution for playing their iPod on the road. The other major headline feature of the EX10 is it can be used as a hands free Bluetooth calling interface. So on the remote control there's a button for phone access. I have my cell phone connected at the moment. I press the phone button, I get a list of my call history. And if your phone book, if your cell phone supports the relevant Bluetooth profile, you can actually access your phone book, and there I have all my contacts. The Alpine EX10 is shipping now, with a price of two hundred and thirty dollars. And it's a, it's a nice, easy way to get your iPod tunes on the road without pulling your car to pieces.
