Trailer for Christopher Nolan's 'Interstellar' out of this world

If this trailer is any indication, Christopher Nolan's "Interstellar" starring Matthew McConaughey is going to be phenomenal.

Christopher Nolan, the mastermind behind "Inception" and "The Dark Knight" series of Batman movies, is working on a space epic that looks like it will be epic indeed. Audiences that turned out to watch the new "Godzilla" movie Friday are being treated to a trailer for Nolan's "Interstellar," which stars Matthew McConaughey as an engineer in dark times for Planet Earth. In "Interstellar," humanity must turn to the stars to save itself from certain doom, and McConaughey is chosen as the man to save humanity.

What follows is a beautiful first look at "Interstellar," which is set for a November release. Mankind was born on Earth. It was never meant to die here.
