Samsung Galaxy S4 wallpapers and ringtones leak

Treats from the Galaxy S4 have been leaked online, and are available to download now.

Wallpapers and other software treats from the Samsung Galaxy S4 have leaked online, giving smart phone owners the chance to doll their smart phone up like Samsung's upcoming flagship.

Cracking open the S4's software shell, tipsters have sent 1080p wallpapers and ringtones to Sammobile.

There are a healthy number of ringtones available, with suitably drippy Samsung-esque names like 'break of day' and 'flying in the sky'. The wallpapers on offer meanwhile are a colourful assortment of scenes, including leaves, blue skies and the obligatory rainbow-coloured hot air balloon.

As Phandroid reports, the code for the S4's updated S Voice application has also leaked, though getting this onto your phone will be trickier than moving an image or audio file, so don't attempt this unless you're an experienced Android tinkerer, and proceed at your own risk.

The Galaxy S4 is Samsung's follow-up to the wildly popular S3, and keeps the same basic design while bumping the screen size up to five inches, and the resolution up to 1080p.

Some parts of the world will enjoy a Galaxy S4 with an octa-core processor, but sadly Samsung has confirmed the UK will be relegated to the less space-age quad-core option. Elsewhere, there's a 13-megapixel camera, and a tonne of new software goodies and apps.

Are you looking forward to the Galaxy S4? Or would you rather own the HTC One or iPhone 5? Let me know in the comments, or on our Facebook wall.
