Sorry, you are not old enough to view this content.

In this week's Phone News, Samsung's software is leaking, and Motorola says it won't update phones to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich unless the update improves the phone. Plus there's loads more mobile news -- so grab a delicious soft drink and hit play on the video above.

The Galaxy S3's TouchWiz software has leaked online , spilling goodies like S Voice and pop-up play all over the Internet.

If you have a rooted Android phone running Ice Cream Sandwich, you can download the ROM and get a taste of the S3's software, but as this isn't an official release -- and as tinkering with Android is a tricky business -- make sure you know the risks before you start tearing your mobile apart.

Every Android fan is hungry for a bite of Ice Cream Sandwich, but Motorola has warned that some of its phones will actually get worse if updated to the latest version of Google's operating system.

"Obviously we want the new release to improve our devices," Motorola says. "If we determine that can't be done -- well then, we're not able to upgrade that particular device."

In other words, if Motorola doesn't think Android 4.0 will improve your particular phone, no Ice Cream Sandwich for you.

Also covered in the video is a new phone network called Bemilo, which lets parents monitor and restrict kids' phone use . Once a Bemilo SIM-card is installed, parents and guardians can read texts through an online interface, block selected numbers and set the times kids can use their phones to browse the web.

As if that wasn't enough, we've given the LG Optimus L7 the full review treatment, but we weren't impressed by the sluggish single-core performance and buggy software. The final score? A measly two and a half stars .
