Quark Xpress bug

Quark Xpress bug

Update I have been unable to confirm this, but it seems reliable: Robert Gordon writes "I noticed the hard way that there is a bug installing Quark Xpress 3.32 on a 9500/200. It would seem that the floppy installer program misreads the chip and calls it a 68020 thus causing the Installer to install the non-PPC version of Quark."

Update: Several other readers have confirmed this bug - on avariety of other 180MHz and 200MHz machines (both from Apple and Power Computing). You can get around this problem by doing a Custom Install of the PPC version.
