Linksys WRT110 RangePlus Wireless Router
Reviewed on May 20, 2008
The Linksys WRT110 RangePlus is an unconventional and stylish wireless router that supplies near draft 802.11n throughput without being an official Draft N router. We like this affordable, antenna-free router for networks where Wireless-G and Wireless-N clients coexist.

D-Link DIR-655 Xtreme N Gigabit Router
Reviewed on April 30, 2007
The D-Link DIR-655 Xtreme N Gigabit Router is the fastest we've seen, but we're still reluctant to recommend it as it's based on an unfinished wireless spec.

Belkin N1 Wireless Router
Reviewed on June 19, 2006
With its easy-to-grasp status icons, up-to-date security options, and stellar support, the Belkin N1 router is on the path to 802.11n wireless networking stardom, but like other Draft N devices, its performance fails to impress.

Belkin N1 Wireless Notebook Card
Reviewed on June 19, 2006
The Belkin N1 adapter is a little better than the competition, but that's not saying much. Hold off on buying Draft N networking equipment for now.

Linksys WPC300N Notebook Adapter
Reviewed on April 25, 2006
Solid maximum throughput is not nearly enough to make us recommend the Draft N-based Linksys WPC300N. Sit tight to see how the other Draft N gear fares.

The Trendnet Wireless N-Draft PC Card seems like a compelling choice for your notebook PC, but we recommend waiting until the 802.11n spec is finalized before choosing an adapter.

Netgear RangeMax WN511B adapter
Reviewed on May 2, 2006
Though the Netgear WN511B notebook adapter is an overall decent performer, its times are still fall far short of the scorching speeds promised by the new draft-N standard. Don't jump on the draft N bandwagon just yet.

D-Link RangeBooster N 650 notebook adapter
Reviewed on July 20, 2006
While the D-Link duo performed admirably overall compared to its draft N competition, we were unimpressed with how it measured up to the promise of 802.11n.

Reviewed on July 28, 2006
While the Buffalo AirStation Nfiniti notebook adapter made a good showing in mixed-mode throughput testing, we still think it's too early to invest in Draft N technology.
