Dell Studio MT
Reviewed on October 24, 2008
This off-the-shelf version of the Dell Studio Desktop reminds us of a classic Dell computer. This system is faster and better equipped than its competition, and at a better price. You can certainly get away with a cheaper everyday PC, but this one is a bargain among lower midrange desktops.

HP w2207 LCD monitor
Reviewed on April 11, 2007
If you can look past a few minor issues, we can think of few people who would be unhappy to own HP's new w2207 LCD. Its attractive design, outstanding overall performance, and approachable price tag make this one of our favorite 22-inch screens to date.

Linksys Media Center Extender DMA2200 - DVD player / digital multimedia receiver
Reviewed on December 8, 2008
A bargain price and built-in DVD player distinguishes the Linksys DMA2200 from rival Windows Media Center Extenders, but we found the performance to be inconsistent.

HP Pavilion Elite m9402f
Reviewed on October 31, 2008
HP's Pavilion Elite m9402f continues to frustrate us in its core design. This off-the-shelf Best Buy system is also overpriced compared with faster, more feature-rich PCs from its competition. With little to recommend this desktop, we suggest you keep shopping.

HP Pavilion Elite m9515y
Reviewed on March 4, 2009
The HP Pavilion Elite m9515y is not an elegant PC, but it has enough features where it counts to set it apart. If performance or seamless living room integration are your goals, look elsewhere, but anyone after digital media functionality will find this HP more capable than its competition.
