We'd choose the high-res Westinghouse LVM-37W1 LCD for displaying HDTV or computer signals in a bright room, but less expensive plasmas still win for home theater.

The Westinghouse Digital Photo Display DPF-0701 has some intriguing features and is fairly simple to use, but we've seen photo frames that offer sharper image quality for the same price.

The ViewSonic VX1962wm LCD is a 19-inch LCD with a fair price and decent performance, but a competing flat panel offers a better image for less.

The VGA-only HP L1906 is as functionally simple as LCDs get these days, and while there's nothing wrong with simplicity, other 19-inch LCDs, such as the Westinghouse LCM-19v5, have more features and cost less.
