The Motorola Razr2 V8 may be one of the prettiest Razr2s around, but it's not nearly as smart. Its saving grace is its good performance.

Despite a few problems when transitioning between cellular airwaves and wireless networks, the T-Mobile HotSpot @Home service is a great idea. You can save money, get better reception, and possibly even get rid of your existing landline. However, we would wait until the service supports more phones.

The Spotwave Zen Z1900 signal booster is a little expensive and we weren't fans of the long coaxial cable or the wall-mounting options. But, it did deliver on its promise to boost cell phone signals, and that could be a good enough reason to get it.
