The HP OfficeJet 6310 offers lots of features to home users but falls short in the face of its competition. There are better all-in-ones for your home office.

The Dell Photo 926 is disappointing, even for a $100 multifunction printer. You can get a better printer for the same money.

The HP Deskjet D4260 is a good choice for home users looking for a basic printer that's good enough for projects like school reports, but that won't break the bank.

Whatever savings you get with this printer will be no comfort when you check out its output. Canon's step-up model, the Pixma iP2000, produces better goods and is a far better deal.

The HP Deskjet 6940 isn't a top-of-the-line inkjet, but with its affordable price, networkability, and decent print quality, it's a good choice for students in a dorm room and budget-conscious home office users.

The Lexmark X5470 offers loads of features and respectable print speeds at a low price, but its print quality leaves a lot to be desired. You can find a similarly priced all-in-one that offers better print quality.

The HP Deskjet 460c printer is a boon if you're constantly on the go and absolutely need to be able to print from wherever you are. The option of Wi-Fi printing gives it a slight edge over the competition.

Kodak packs a host of features in the EasyShare 5500, but fails to flesh them out sufficiently. We found this all-in-one printer frustrating to use.

The low price of the HP Officejet J5780 makes up for some drawbacks, including slow print speeds and lackluster text prints. We recommend spending a little more for the competition from Canon.

For tight budgets where only the occasional printout is needed, the single-function Lexmark Z845 is a good choice. It can't match the feature sets, the print speeds, or the print quality of pricier models, but it's cheap and simple to operate.

The Dell Photo All-in-One Printer 966 lacks a lot of the photo-printing features that make a photo all-in-one compelling, but it throws in some office-oriented features. We say skip all the confusion and spend your money on a better all-in-one printer.
