Yes, that's Danny DeVito's foot. He snaps photographs all over the world, in offices, baths, and apparently at Apple. He then posts the pics to Twitter. Danny DeVito

LAS VEGAS--I have independent confirmation that Danny DeVito is indeed a gadget hound.

Besides being one of the stars of "It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia," and acting in, producing, and directing a litany of Hollywood blockbusters, including "Hoffa," "Romancing The Stone," and "L.A. Confidential," my cousin Rob (a movie costumer) says the trailer DeVito uses on location is always packed with the latest consumer electronics.

DeVito is going to be all over CNET's CES coverage today. First, he is scheduled to appear at the CNET stage to talk about the best tech gear with "The 404 Show" starting at 1 p.m. PT. Then, at 2:30 p.m., I'll interview DeVito as part of a media event at the Panasonic booth.

It will also include a panel discussion with Eisuke Tsuyuzaki and Hanno Basse, the chief technology officers of Panasonic and 20th Century Fox respectively, who will be discussing ultra high-definition TVs, voice interaction, Blu-ray, and much more.

Something else to add to DeVito's tech cred: The actor seems to get social networking like few other celebs. He has amassed 2.4 million followers and treated them to frequent photos of his foot. He calls the running gag "Trollfoot."

We'll ask him about all this today.
