CES: Sprint officially announces HTC Evo Shift 4G
After numerous leaks, Sprint makes it official and announces the HTC Evo Shift 4G.
LAS VEGAS--Merely a formality at this point, what with all the leaks and all, Sprint officially introduced the HTC Evo Shift 4G on Tuesday along with a new MiFi 3G/4G Mobile Hotspot from Novatel Wireless.

The handset will ship running Android 2.2 with HTC Sense and also features a 5-megapixel camera with 720p HD video capture, and 800MHz Qualcomm MSM7630 processor.
In addition to the Evo Shift 4G, Sprint announced the MiFi 3G/4G Mobile Hotspot from Novatel Wireless. The portable modem can be used with up to five devices and is compatible with Windows, Mac, and Linux. It also features a microSD expansion slot and GPS and has a rated battery usage time of four hours and 60 hours of standby time
The MiFi 3G/4G will be available February 27 for $49.99 with a two-year service agreement.
