"avoid Verizon like the plage"
Pros: Reliable devise. Solid e-mail works great as do other less cool PDA functions.
Cons: Stay far away from Verizon they dont have a web browser and help support tells you to download a third party viewer, just to tell you later that this voids you warrenty. BlackBerry suppot is a joke, it is impossable to talk to someone, you can only do it

Summary: This is the worst device I have ever owned! Email and the phone is slow. I loose calls daily because it crashed then takes over 5 minutes to reboot!

Pros: Color screen, better phone volume than other Blackberrys
Cons: It is so slow as to be almost unusable!

Pros: Great Phone features and sound quality, good PDA features. great keyboard, large screen, light weight compared to Treo and Pocket PC
Cons: The PDA could be better, maybe a little smaller size, need more memory, and a speakerphone.
