Short Take: Corel to post XARA 2.0 Web design program online

Corel will make its XARA 2.0 Web design program available on its Web site by the end of March. The XARA 2.0 Web version will sell for $149 or $99 for upgrades. The program now allows in-browser preview of bitmap images and comes with Adobe Photoshop plug-ins.
