Socam UltiMate

Not quite the little box or bullet-shaped body styles of other manufacturers, the UltiMate looks like a nice blend of interesting features and design.

Staples Connect Hub (D-Link Edition)

A pilot program for the office supplier's smart-home hub was successful enough to merit a broader US roll-out, along with new hardware and more partnerships.

Though the ScanSnap is well-built and easy to use, it's not worth its premium price.

Razer BlackWidow Ultimate Mechanical Gaming Keyboard

At $125, the Razer BlackWidow Ultimate is a competitively priced mechanical gaming keyboard in its range. We just wish Razer had done more to set this "Ultimate" edition apart from Razer's more affordable standard BlackWidow.

Whether you like it as is, or plan to make upgrades later, this PC makes a strong gaming box. Just don't expect it to win any design awards.

ABS Ultimate X9

This config is a little late to the game as both its CPU and its graphics will soon be replaced by next-gen parts, but ABS shows that it can hang with the boutique big boys. The Ultimate X9 III is aggressively overclocked, and its design is as unique as it is impeccable.
