If you can live with its dated software and heft, the T-Mobile MyTouch Q is an alluring keyboard slider deal.
Huawei's T-Mobile MyTouch is ideal for first-time smartphone users who want 4G speeds and decent specs, but be aware that you'll be buying into an antiquated OS.
Though not without its merits, this most recent addition to the MyTouch family has too many things against it. No one issue was unbearable on its own, but when I add up all my qualms about it, I'd ultimately suggest another phone within its class.
If you absolutely crave a physical keyboard and swift 4G data for less, you'll find plenty to like about T-Mobile's MyTouch Q. More selective smartphone shoppers, however, will want to look elsewhere.
With its slick metal body, the HTC One Mini 2 is among the most luxurious compact phones around. HTC, however, has given it a set of specs that put it more alongside the dirt-cheap Moto G than the One M8. This is definitely not the flagship One M8 in a more compact form. If style is of the utmost importance, it's worth checking out, but the Moto G is much better value.
Just to confuse things, the two Android 2.3 Gingerbread handsets will follow identically-named devices made by LG.
The HTC Desire 610 may be affordable, with an iPhone 5C-style plastic body, but its mediocre specs and poor screen resolution mean it's still not a good buy. For much less money you can grab the 4G Motorola Moto G, which has the same processor, Android KitKat software and a higher resolution display.

Though it doesn't have LTE and takes unimpressive photos, the LG Optimus L90 remains a worthy midrange contender that you should look at if you're on a budget.
