The Shark is a very good vacuum with solid construction and intuitive design. Other models may have performed better, but none of them can match this sweeper's value for the price.
This vacuum competes comfortably with more-expensive models.

Feast your eyes on these upright vacuum cleaners. Each one brings unique strengths to the, uh, carpet, but I think there's a general consensus on one thing: Dyson vacuums may look neat, but they certainly aren't the be-all and end-all.
If your cleaning needs are limited to dust and other small stuff, this Samsung is stellar, but plenty of other uprights deliver better performance and usability for less.
