Motorola Computer Group (MCG), Technical Products Division, a supplier of computer board products and computer systems platform products to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), has executed an agreement to acquire the outstanding capital stock of Pro-Log. Pro-Log is a leading manufacturer of industrial-grade, fault-resilient computers and enclosures based on CompactPCI, PCI/ISA, and STD bus architecture.
