Apple iPhone 3G 16GB - white (AT&T) - Refurbished

The iPhone 3G delivers on its promises by adding critical features and sharper call quality. The iTunes App Store is pretty amazing, and the 3G support is more than welcome. Critical features still are missing, and the battery depletes quickly under heavy use, but the iPhone 3G is a big improvement over the original model.

Apple iPhone Bluetooth

The iPhone Bluetooth headset is a super stylish headset with a very easy pairing process made just for the iPhone, but we do wish it had a few more features plus a lower price tag.

Apple iPhone 3GS - 8GB - black (AT&T)

The iPhone 3GS doesn't make the same grand leap that the iPhone 3G made from the first-generation model, but the latest Apple handset is still a compelling upgrade for some users. The iPhone 3GS is faster and we appreciate the new features and extended battery life, but call quality and 3G reception still need improvement.

Apple iPhone 4 - 8GB - black (AT&T)

With the iPhone 4, Apple again shows that it is a powerful player in the smartphone wars. It won't be for everyone, the call quality and reception vary if you don't use a case, and AT&T's network remains a sticking point, but the handset's striking design, loaded feature set, and generally agreeable performance make it the best iPhone yet.

Microsoft Xbox 360 S (4GB) with Kinect Bundle

Though the new Xbox 360 certainly addresses most of the concerns we've had with the versions before it, we don't think it warrants a purchase if you already own an Xbox 360 in working order with an HDMI-out port and a hard drive.

Sony Cyber-shot DSC-G3

Though it's a decent camera, the Sony Cyber-shot G3's Wi-Fi implementation is a disappointment, and makes the camera overpriced relative to nonwireless models, including its better designed but otherwise similar sibling, the DSC-T700.

If you can get over its bulk and price, the Mophie Juice Pack will indeed extend the battery life of your iPhone 3G.

Panasonic Lumix DMC-G3 (Body Only, Black)

If you're looking for a camera that's not quite as big as a dSLR but doesn't skimp on hardware controls or features like an articulated LCD, EVF and stereo full HD video, the G3 is one of my top options. But performance is hit-and-miss for shooting action, so you may end up having to go with something just a bit bigger, anyway.
