A new report by China Labor Watch looks to shine a light on alleged labor abuses at the factories where Samsung's DVD players and mobile phones are manufactured.
Company is sending its own team to HEG Electronics to determine whether the supplier is guilty of child labor abuses.
Investigators for Samsung find that all employees at its manufacturer's factory are of legal working age. Some employees work overtime, however, and have no access to medical clinics.
The company says that it found "several instances of inadequate practices," including excessive overtime and a fine policy for lateness or absences.
