Short Take: Shareholders offer 1.5 million Yahoo shares

Certain shareholders and warrant-holders of Yahoo are offering to sell off 1.52 million shares of the company's common stock. The shares were issued to the selling shareholders in connection with Yahoo's acquisition of Four11 in October. Yahoo will not receive any proceeds from the sale of the shares.
