Ford Mustang 2015 unveiled in New York (pictures)
Ford showed off the sixth generation of its iconic Mustang, a model that has been in production without a break since 1964, in New York and other cities around the globe today.
Not only does the 2015 Mustang serve as a major upgrade to Ford's iconic model, it also introduces the car to a global audience. Not that the Mustang needed any introduction, but Ford remade the Mustang as a world car, similar to its efforts with other models in the line-up. For upgrades, the new Mustang gets built on a new platform, featuring an independent rear suspension and adds a turbocharged direct injection 2.3-liter four cylinder to its engine choices.
