Ford's new concept, to be officially unveiled at the 2011 Frankfurt auto show, demonstrates a unified vision for design, power train, and cabin technology.
Ford's new Evos concept represents much more than a new design or vehicle platform; it is intended to show off a unified vision for future Ford technology. Ford wants to show how its technology can fit in with your everyday life.
Ford imagines quite a few technological innovations in the Evos. It would be cloud-connected, with smart features to adapt to its owner. For example, knowing the owner's calendar, it would anticipate when it is likely to be driven by heating up the cabin.
The car would also have a number of adaptive drive technologies. Learning the owner's driving style and also knowing what types of roads it is being driven on, it could adjust engine response, steering, and suspension.
