Not counting her stint as a paper carrier when she was 14, Jennifer started in the media industry as a newsroom assistant, working her way up to copy editor and eventually food editor at <i>The Modesto Bee</i>. She most recently did contract work for Google, and prior to that was assistant managing editor at Chronicle Books in San Francisco. She has two children, and her goal in life is to find the perfect Philly cheesesteak in the Bay Area.
